AKA is comprised of a nucleus of 260,000 members in graduate and undergraduate chapters in the United States, the U. S. Virgin Islands, the Caribbean, Canada, Japan, Germany, Korea and on the continent of Africa.

Its membership is comprised of distinguished women who boast excellent academic records, proven leadership skills, and are involved in the global community through advocacy and service. AKA has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life for citizens worldwide and promoting peace.

Alpha Kappa Psi focuses on providing ethical leadership and professional development. Through educational programs, community service, and hands-on-application of formal education, Alpha Kappa Psi students use the business skills they are taught in the classroom to acquire life skills such as the art of compromise, consensus building, project management, interviewing, and networking.

Our ten founders were pioneers of the coeducational system at a time when society said women did not need higher education. Facing such opposition, our founders sought support from each other and formed Alpha Phi in 1872 at Syracuse University.

Alpha Phi's colors are silver and bordeaux, and its symbols include the Phi Bear and the ivy leaf. Alpha Phi enhances and promotes each member's development and learning by focusing on sisterhood, service, scholarship, leadership, loyalty, and character development.

Today, our sisterhood stretches from coast to coast through 160 collegiate campuses and includes more than 200,000 members. Sisters in Alpha Phi share a commitment to excellence and a strong desire to help one another and their communities.

Our chapter was first colonized as a local sorority, but became an international Alpha Phi chapter in 1996. To this day, our chapter is comprised of the highest caliber of women, each member diverse and unique, but bonded together in sisterhood.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American Men, was founded at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York by seven college men who recognized the need for a strong bond of brotherhood among African descendants in this country.

The Kappa Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega is comprised of young men at Pepperdine University who not only seek academic excellence and community involvement, but form life-long relationships with their fellow brothers. Throughout the past 12 years, this chapter has created life-changing experiences and memories for hundreds of young men. Through organized service, philanthropy events, and academic achievement, the members of Alpha Tau Omega continue to make their mark on this campus, the surrounding community, and the world.

The mission of Art Club is to foster a safe and positive space on campus for everyone. The focus is to improve our participants' mental health through having a consistent and healthy way of de-stressing and relaxing through art. Art Club has a big event once a month as well as weekly meetings for our members. Due to Art Club's relaxed nature, Art Club is a low commitment club. This means that our members do not have to attend every meeting and they may come and go as they wish throughout the meeting!

The Student Affiliates program of the American Chemical Society (ACS) supports undergraduate students, their faculty, and local section members in promoting professional development, mentoring and peer-support mechanisms for those majoring in chemistry. These goals are achieved through events that aim to further the chemistry community at Pepperdine, reach out to the surrounding community through education opportunities, fundraising to support philanthropic causes, and attend regional and national ACS meetings to report on Chemistry research performed at Pepperdine.

At the end of each meeting, a creative writing prompt will be given and completed works will have a chance to be shared and critiqued in the following meeting. Crossroads GSA is a student-led organization that serves to provide a space where all LGBTQ+ students and allies can gain loving support and engage in dialogue on LGBTQ+ matters.

Crossroads GSA strives to promote sensitivity, foster tolerance, and encourage the discussion of religious, spiritual, cultural, and social issues pertaining to the LGBTQ+ community as well as allies. Crossroads GSA seeks to address misunderstanding, exclusion, and homophobia while also challenging negative stereotypes.

Crossroads GSA engages in service projects in the Los Angeles community related to the well-being of the LGBTQ+ community and people as a whole which affirms Pepperdine's mission statement by preparing students for lives of service, leadership, and purpose.

CIAO club seeks to promote Italian culture at Pepperdine through opportunities centered on language development, cultural understanding, and relationships with fellow Italian students. Days for Girls (DFG) is a non-profit organization that provides reusable and sustainable feminine products to girls in third world countries who would otherwise be prohibited from going to school. Pepperdine DFG works with a local Los Angeles chapter to cut out the liners that are used inside of the pads. DFG also promotes educating our community about issues surrounding menstrual inequality in our own community and around the world.
